Job Summary
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Sources Oceanside team!The Occupational Therapist (OT) is a member of the Child Development Services (CDS) team, providing integrated, multidisciplinary, family centered developmental services and supports to the children and families within the service delivery area.
The OT provides community-based services and supports for children between birth and school entry who have, or are at risk for, a developmental delay and/or disability and their families. Services are provided at home, in community settings such as preschool and childcare centers and at the child development center. The OT works to promote the highest possible level of participation in all daily activities. The areas addressed by the program include fine motor skills, activities of daily living, perceptual/cognitive skills, sensory-motor skills, functional play skills, specialized equipment and environmental modifications, as well as posture control.
